Carley Richards

I am a very driven Anthropology student in my senior year at Elon University. I focus on race relations, gender and sexuality and linguistics within varying cultures. I work with the Product Development team at Carolina Biological Supply Company, specifically with digital resources and kit revision. I am also an event planner and personal assistant with Newman Concepts, working directly for seven parking associations across the country, assisting with conference planning, marketing, membership retention, sponsorship and communications. I have a minor in journalism and extensive experience with print and online journalism, production and editing and AP-style writing. I have conducted independent research in various areas of anthropological study including drug crises, hook-up and dating culture on college campuses and gender stereotype representation in commercials. I am very detail-oriented, professionally driven and a strong team player looking to spread and inspire creativity and ensure the best possible experience for clients.
