I possess the education and skills, the work experience and the maturity to deliver my given tasks and assignments in meeting the company's mission and vision. My dedication to assist the disadvantaged people, my ability to work under pressure and my passion to succeed in this field will also be a great boost towards contributing in attaining the company's goal and objectives. I am Carlo Anthony T. Peralta, a graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in English language at Lourdes College, Cagayan de Oro City. I passed the Civil Service Professional Examination held last October 21, 2012 with a general weighted rating of 80.67%. I have been with the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Misamis Oriental for four (4) years and seven (7) months. For two (2) years and four (4) months, I was a ‘job order’ staff with the position of Information Production Assistant but designated/acted as its Provincial Information Officer (PIO) from November 2014 to March 2017. By April 2017, I joined the province’s Project Converge as its Project Monitoring and Evaluation/Knowledge Management Specialist. I am going towards my third year in the project with the said position. Prior to DAR, I was an English Teacher at Lourdes College and Sta. Rita College of Balingasag, Misamis Oriental. I am sociable, have good moral character, observant, flexible, and with good communication and inter-personal relations skills. I believe that I am competent. Finally. I always strive to do the best I can. I am willing to be trained and I can finish tasks in any given work under less supervision and with integrity.
