Carlos Chena Rizkyana Escalante

I’m a bachelor of Social and Political science, majoring in International Relations. Diplomacy is one of my passion especially diplomacy through culture, arts, and tourism. I had been practice my diplomacy skills through a platform in an international youth organization, AIESEC for about 4 years. Started whe i was a Vice President in AIESEC in Bandung i managed a lot of more than 200 foreign students per year to impact Bandung on social projects that supported UN Sustainable Development Goals. I gained awards from Asian Development Bank and AIESEC Indonesia during my term for the excellence award in Global Volunteer program. I managed 50 members on my departement. We were doing a lot of project management, event management, human development, team management inside the team. I was chosen to become the National Director of AIESEC Indonesia for International Relations and Marketing. My job is analyzing market and create partnership with other AIESEC entities such as AIESEC in India, China, Australia, Taiwan, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Korea, Turkey, Thailand, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. I was sent to India, Spain, Czech Republic and the Netherlands to promote our social projects program in several universities and cities. I was also facilitator during national youth conferences in Spain and in the Netherlands. My desire is to bring Latin America and Indonesia closer by strengthen the relationship between the countries. Starting with México and Indonesia, which these two countries are the world emerging countries with a lot of potential economically and politically. I was a finalist of Mojang Jajaka Kota Bandung 2018 who will be the ambassador of culture and tourism of Bandung city that endorsed by department of Bandung’s culture and tourism
