Carlos J. Da Mata Martín

Graduated and Master by the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where I combined the studies with the representation of the university students. In the Faculty of Legal Sciences, I held the positions of Vice President of Delegation Students of the Faculty of Legal Sciences and member of the Faculty Board. In the same way, I was Government Advisor and Social Advisor of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. In addition, I was a participant in the Academic Commission of the University Master's Degree in Access to Law between the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the Illustrious Bar Association of Las Palmas. I developed part of my studies in Law Degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest (Romania), within the European Mobility Program "Erasmus". I had the opportunity to develop my practices both in law firm and in the Prosecutor's Office of the CCAA of the Canary Islands and the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Las Palmas, having as guardian the current Superior Prosecutor of the Canary Islands, a period that helped me to go deeper into the criminal field. Organizing member of the X National Congress of Law Students held in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. My professional career began in the firm "Florentín Abogados" and, later, in the "Professional Cabinet" under the tutelage of professionals with more than 25 years of experience in different fields of Law, deepening especially in the field of Criminal Law. To all this, I must add a wide continuing education, to which I submit in the development of my professional career, with the assistance of training sessions, presentations and specialization courses, among them, the "III Higher Course in Criminal Technique and Practice "
