Perform studies for each product CTS (Customer Technical Specification), to verify that the product meets the quality specifications required by the company. • Searching for corrective actions, in addition to Quality Systems, providing solutions i.e. Contentions • Instruction / Training • EOS Auditory (Electrical Over-Stress) • Draw of productive material • Operation of repair Tools, SMT (Surface Mount), SL (Stick Lead) • Test equipment operation (URT, PXI). • X-RAY equipment operation for solder inspection. • Failure diagnostic related to BGA, MLF & FPO Technologies. • Temperature chamber programming (THERMOTRON) • Charts elaboration, Pareto, Fishbone, 5-why’s, FTA (Fault-Tree Analysis).
