Carlos Salas

I am R&D Manager at Placo, the Spanish subsidiary of the multinational group Saint Gobain, the world leader in the manufacturing and distribution of products and solutions for construction. I leading since 10 years innovative projects in the industrial field of construction, coordinating multidisciplinary work teams at both national and international level, trying to anticipate the needs and driving initiatives, based on the strategic lines of the company. This, together with my executive training, has allowed me to develop planning and communication skills, critical thinking and decision making. Doing anything is no longer an option for companies. Therefore, my goal is to be a better professional every day, to lead and facilitate change, knowledge management and continuous improvement, taking advantage of the opportunities of an increasingly competitive environment.
