►WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO I got into marketing by working at a company in Scottsdale, AZ, known as the Educational Management Group (EMG), a Simon & Schuster company. Here I saw first-hand the power of marketing. Simon & Schuster being part of Viacom gave me access to one of the largest and most powerful organizations to learn how to market. Being able to see how the conglomerate marketed movies (Paramount Pictures), B2C retail services (Blockbuster Movies), as well as its cable networks, MTV & VH1, I was hooked and realized I had found what I wanted to do for my career. ►6 KEY AREAS OF SKILLS I OFFER 1. Architecting and executing Go-To-Market strategies from scratch and driving brand awareness and roadmaps. 2. Building, developing, scaling, and leading marketing teams. 3. At Healthways, it was the SliverSneakers Fitness Program. I played an instrumental role in growing the Program's annual revenue from $30M to ~$250M over an 8-year period. Also, many of the products and programs that I created/implemented are still in place there today. At BounceU, I was instrumental in the rebranding and repositioning of the brand identity. I was successful in getting 35 of the 50 franchise locations rebranded within the first year.
