Pioneering. Audacious. Entrepreneurial. Throughout my career I have taken risks and embraced changes that make me an atypical executive. I am fueled by my passion of finding a 'better way’ and creating new ideas and solutions for the multitude of environments I have worked. Started my career in sports management and public relations. Then switched gears and became a classically trained consumer goods marketer with a foundation in brand management combined with skills of general management and operational roles gained through working for the world's most respected specialty retail conglomerates. Once I was equipped with that knowledge, I embarked on two brand acquisitions using two Private Equity firms, creating companies worth over $90 Million each, seeded from an idea to do something different. But I was pulled from traditional consumer packaged goods with my obsession of the internet and eCommerce. This curiosity led me to run eCommerce for one of the first consumer packaged goods companies to have significant eCommerce sales and pioneered its first use of social media. I am unconventional. But I am very much about results. I have led incredible teams that have launched over 10 new brands, 100 line extensions, and over 500 new items across almost every type of retail environment. I have also led teams to significantly cut cost and streamline processes delivering significant bottom line savings. Innovation in thinking and/or product is the key to growth of any individual or enterprise.
