The following are highlights of my qualifications and accomplishments: In Costa Rica: Experience managing a large number of American and Canadian volunteers (Mostly from the US) and from all over the world in various projects, using organization, translation, support and assistance to make sure volunteers were engaged and productive in respective assignments. Planned and organized logistics of international volunteers prior to their arrival in country (flights included); trained, oriented and directed them once in country. Planned, organized and executed Spanish lessons for 10th, 11th, 12th grade for an American boarding school for 6 months. (New Summit Academy in Costa Rica). In Switzerland: being a Dean of Discipline to an International all girl boarding school, planning their weekend trips as well as their international trips (Israel, France, Italy, Morrocco). Great written and oral communication skills both in English and Spanish, having earned a Master’s in Translation and Interpretation at Universidad Autónoma of Baja California. In Guatemala, Costa Rica and Mexico : Extensive experience in the education environment of children and adults alike. Familiarity and ease volunteering, working and studying in Central America, combined with various supplementary international work and travel experience. My ability to lead by example, communicate effectively and fully support the ideals of the organizations/companies with whom I have worked have been strategic to my accomplishments. I believe that being positive, compassionate and disciplined have helped me seek meaningful employment, inspiring me to be open to new experiences and eager to continuously learn.
