As regulations and awareness about responsible investments are mounting, so the need to perfectly match the companies’ values and objectives to capture this opportunity. A successful integration offers many advantages: financial, brand’s improvement, clients capture, strengthening of the work force. And the Swiss Financial sector has a huge role to play. After having successfully launched the first IBRD bond linked to SDGs, various certificates to raise awareness on biodiversity protection, and implemented ESGs in the Wealth Management teams, I decided to devote all my time to align SRI principles to clients’ and company’s interests. I am an entrepreneurial, positive and creative Investment Advisor with successful experience as a team leader and with more than 20 years in Private Banking. Excellent in solving problems and motivating colleagues, I adapt pro-actively the team objectives with the Company strategy to achieve performance. Client centric and reliable, I am highly knowledgeable in financial instruments. My new areas of interests are the integration of ESG ratings using Artificial Intelligence, and a financial project linked to social integration within Swiss firms.
