Bulk Sales ( 15 – 35 ton load’s ) • Receive bulk orders from customers. • Processing of all orders taken. • Entertaining and solving customer inquiries. • Phone supplier for stock availability. • Arrange collection of order with transporter. • Draw up a schedule for monthly bulk orders to send to supplier and transporter. • Follow up with transporter if there is any problem with deliveries. • Wait for delivery notes from transporter before invoicing to get the correct quantity supplied to customer. • Receipt bulk products and invoice customers. • Enter req’s for transport. • Receipt bulk transport. • Assisting customer with their requirements. • Quoting customers on inquiry. • Processing all contractual business as specified. • Faxing of quotations, specifications, safety data sheets or certificates of analysis to customer, on request. • Complying with relevant ISO9002 requirement. 3.
