Carolina Rita Fernandes

Scientist with 12 years experience in antibody engineering. I am proficient with molecular biology, flow cytometry, cell culture, recombinant antibody expression and biophysical protein characterisation. I’ve worked on a projects in a variety of therapeutic areas, including oncology, inflammation and neurodegenerative disease, on which I was responsible for the humanisation design and engineering process, development, generation, testing, and characterisation. Recently I’ve also taken a responsibilities in lab supervision, and have been responsible for training of new staff, including the management of placement students.
