I have a multidisciplinary scientific character since I has been involved in investigating a wide range of phenomena at the physics-biology interface, ranging from the mechanical properties of viruses and microtubules to the dynamics of molecular motors, DNA molecules and DNA-protein interactions using Atomic Force Microscope and Magnetic Tweezers techniques; following my physics degree I understood the importance of the application of physical techniques to answer biological questions, and so I have acquired a strong background in Single-Molecule Biophysics. On the other hand, I have strong communication skills and have easily and successfully worked with numerous groups and collaborators.
