Caroline Adams

I am a former NCAA Division II student-athlete at West Chester University where I gained leadership experience as the Student Government Senator to Athletics and an Executive Board Member to the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. I had the privilege of playing softball for one of the top Division II programs in the country, winning a conference championship (2017) and playing in the Women's College World Series twice (2018 & 2019). I was also a Philadelphia Phillies Ballgirl for the 2018 & 2019 seasons where I had the opportunity to represent their organization at a number of different events in the communities throughout the tri-state area, as well as interact with fans around the ballpark and on the field for all home games. My passion for helping others and building connections is what led me to work in recruiting, where I have emphasized the importance of maintaining relationships throughout my career. My purpose in life is to help people in any way that I can, and that is the precedent I continue to build my personal brand around.
