Caroline is a high-performing Enterprise Consultant with extensive experience in delivering business solutions; setting and leading strategic service direction, implementing complex change programmes, designing / delivering enterprise scale service and technical solutions, defining architectural artefacts & driving architecture to support business objectives. Trained in TOGAF, a qualified ITIL V3 Expert and Prince 2 practitioner, her hands-on experience of numerous roles within ICT means she is a versatile resource able to operate at all levels. She has delivered significant new contracts for enterprise wide solutions, delivering the service model for the MOJ's Tower model, integrating ten separate service solutions and the retained organisation. She has defined new FOM for the MOJ ICT organisation and multi organisational services driven by the Home Office, encompassing HO, Police Forces, 3rd party suppliers and other Government Departments. Within this she delivered Data Centre transition for the disaggregation of a large outsourced solution, in-sourcing service functions, Dev Ops, Networks and Hosting. With her strategic architecture background, she is well used to owning the overarching design for services, maintaining model integrity whilst balancing operational needs. She has extensive practical experience in translating business change into ICT solutions and interfacing these to a diverse stakeholder base. She has provided bid and evaluation expertise in multiple enterprise wide procurements. She can provide leadership, mentoring and subject matter expertise within a team. An articulate communicator she is a natural problem solver who quickly comprehends detail before agreeing ways forward and is capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
