Caroline Pinkston

As an intellectual property attorney with over a decade of experience, I have worked in both private and corporate practices. My expertise includes transactional work, lititgation support, patent portfolio management,and patent prosecution and preparation. In my current role, I lead and advise a services-led business over various IP transactional matters including commercial agreements, negotiatons, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and open source and standards matters. Outside of my intellectual property practice, I am also invested in talent development, diversity, and pro bono initiatives. In April 2018, I was awarded the Milan Miskovsky award by the Washington DC Archdiocese Legal Network for outstanding pro bono representation of clients facing eviction and immigration proceedings.
