Carolyn Bourke

Carolyn is a results-driving dynamic individual with 25 years’ experience working in Sales, Business Development and Operational roles. Her roles with API; have seen her responsible for a portfolio of AU$1 billion per annum including branded and wholesale sales. Her performance has been critical to the strong success of API profitability and strengthened share price. In addition to the Sales and Business Development functions, Carolyn oversaw the National Customer Service team and was instrumental in the implementation of SAP warehousing, CRM and Sales modules. A successful track record in analysing critical business requirements, identifying potential opportunities, and developing innovative and cost-effective solutions which enhance business competitiveness, while increasing revenues, and improving customer service. At the corporate level she has demonstrated her ability to effectively integrate with other functional leaders and executive management to deliver key strategic targets.
