I have worked within the Security Industry on multiple levels. Pub's & Club/Events, Reception for Airport which expanded to Gate Access Control, Escort Driver, Patrols Officer, Aircraft Catering Inspection and Supervisor. I moved away from the airport to work Corporate Commercial Building Security - Control Operator, 2IC and relief Manager, I moved up into permanent supervisor role at Smeaton Grange Coles Distribution and from there to Managing a large team of over 55 core officers and 33 Adhoc staff at the University of Kensington NSW, moved into Rostering Coordinator for 12 months and took a Manager role within the Dexus Portfolio NSW at an A Grade Building at 1 Bligh St. I have since transferred to Qld for family reasons and currently hold a position of site manager at 480 Queen - still working within the Dexus Portfolio. With 19 years experience covering different roles within the Security industry, I have developed and learnt valuable skills to build up individuals to create teams that operate effectively and cohesively together. I value Team Work, Customer Service and developing a good client relationship to ensure great service is always provided.
