Experienced senior reward professional with a proven track record of delivering. A leader with a demonstrated ability working in large multinational companies across multiple industries. Having started by career in general HR I consider all aspects of HR while balancing business and budget considerations when designing and implementing reward programs. As a strong HR professional there is thought given to many aspects including business needs, company values, talent and employment/tax law. My motivation is to improve company attractiveness and performance while also increasing employee retention and engagement, and ensuring sustainable affordability of HR programs.
