Caryn Elizabeth Kelly

Interested in a permanent remote role, or remote with travel. Over the past 15+ years, Caryn has provided training, instructional design, and project management services to a variety of industries and excels in high pressure environments with tight deadlines. Caryn excels with organization, time management, and multitasking multiple projects simultaneously. Caryn has a strong project management background in addition to a strong training and instructional design background that has supported government experiences with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), US Navy/Dept of Defense (DOD), and NASA. She also has experiences with private contractors, public schools, and private companies/large corporations, such as Amazon and Citi Bank. These experiences have provided her with a well-rounded perspective for designing, developing and delivering content. Her vast and varied multi-industry experience in project management, and training delivery and development brings an expert resource to the curriculum audit arena. Her experiences include assessment development working psychometric-based guidance and training. Additionally, as a teacher, she gained direct experience and insight into the variety of learners that exist and how they can be accommodated (Section 504/508) in the class room. Through her graduate program thesis on mnemonics, she also learned to apply this when developing content to be inclusive of all learners, to include those who are neurodiverse. Caryn's MBA program in IT Management expanded her knowledge and awareness with experiences in implementing technology upgrades to organizations and researching technology offerings and services for their use cases, risks, and rewards. She is also experienced in revising and/or creating and implementing new procedures and processes associated with change management. These include speed to market process enhancements for curriculum development teams related to localization and translation efforts using proprietary machine learning services and vendor management.
