Cassie Phelps

Cassie Phelps is a co-owner and managing member of Global Zoning LLC. Cassie Phelps joined the Zoning industry one week after graduating from high school. Over the next 10 ½ years, she had the opportunity to work her way up as her true passion for Zoning and the Due Diligence industry grew. Cassie is eager for a challenge, appreciates deadlines and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Cassie truly values customer service and looks forward to getting to know each of her clients and exceeding their needs and expectations. Cassie is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, where she received a BA in Business Administration. Cassie has also completed courses in Land Surveying, Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Appraisals. Cassie enjoys spending time with her husband, who is a land surveyor, and son, who is 7. She is an avid Disney fan and enjoys travel and photography.
