I am Chairwoman and CEO of a diversified medium-sized family business, the LE GARREC Group (about 40 companies - 3 main branches) as well as member of several boards of directors.I have spent a large part of my career in industry and B2B services, with a wide variety of experiences: strategy, sales, marketing, innovation, research and development, sustainable development, and general management of companies. In particular, I managed the R&D activities of the Air Liquide group before becoming Deputy CEO of Degrémont in charge of industrial and North American activities, and then President and CEO of Ondeo Industrial Solutions, the subsidiary of SUEZ specialising in engineering/EPC and industrial water management services worldwide.Passionate about ecology, I became aware very early on of the urgency of climate change and the environment and the role of people and companies in this fight. That's why I founded a consulting firm (weave.air) in 2006, specialized in strategy, sustainable development and innovation, integrating collective intelligence, design and agile methods as levers of transformation for organizations.
