Cathy Frossard MCIM

I am a highly experienced marketing professional with a career spanning over 15 years’ in strategic marketing planning and brand management. My background encompasses several industries including Tourism, Outdoors, Drinks and Pharmaceuticals and now Higher Education working with UK and International markets. I am, therefore, highly numerate with a firm grip on the commercial side of business and have a wealth of experience to bring to any organisation. What brings all of my experience together is a love of marketing and a passion for the products or services that I work on. Whether it be whisky or walking poles I enjoy developing a great product and then getting inside the mind of the consumer to work out how best to promote it. I am enthusiastic about brands of all shapes and sizes, creating strong identities that really work. I bring a collaborative and professional approach to marketing. Whilst leading a team, I like to work together to create buy in and bring colleagues with me on a project. Having worked in large organisations I communicate well with stakeholders across all levels and know how to get the best out of everyone by listening, understanding and leading by example. I am a hands on person and problem solver so, whilst I have the experience to lead, I am always happy to roll my sleeves up and get stuck in to complete any project. I live in Edinburgh with my family where we enjoy mountains, beaches and bike rides.
