Support of our customer's 9-1-1 Solution is paramount to our success as a company and to our commitment to the communities they serve. As the ​Sr Manager, Field Operations for Software, I lead the onsite support teams and service managers. Who support our Emergency Call Handling. A geographically dispersed team providing technical support and System Administration to our VESTA 9-1-1, CallWorks CallStation, VESTA NGCS, PremierOne CAD, Flex CAD and Aware mapping customers. Our goal is to ensure responsiveness to the Public Safety community ensuring customers are satisfied with the timing and quality of repairs and solutions offered, and systems are appropriately used. With this change in focus, it was a privilege and a wonderful learning experience to lead the Call Handling NSOC and Technical Support Organization. My career has taken me on many paths but all have been focused on supporting the Public Saftey Community, Prior to taking on the Support Management role I lead the extremely talented Technical Publications Team for the VESTA applications. Previously my focus was on the implementation of the 9-1-1 Solution. As a Sr Project Manager, I worked on multiple International opportunities, which included a country-wide emergency notification system for France and the implementation of Emergency Call Handling (999) for the Abu Dhabi Police Department. The crown accomplishment in my career was my position as the Lead Project Manager for a major 9-1-1 project with the City of New York, which operates the world's largest 911 Emergency Communications system. As Leader of the VESTA team, we implemented the new E911 telephony system, which brought the NYPD/FDNY operators and dispatchers to new centralized facilities using a single 9-1-1 solution, VESTA 9-1-1.
