Executive nurse practitioner, experienced clinician, with a demonstrated history of working and changing the senior health industry. My career experience spans health system, long-term and community services, payor and direct provider services. I’ve been committed to strategy, relationships, clinical documentation integrity/risk adjustment and demonstrating quality as part of population health service models that improves health and life experience and is focused on person-centric care. At Lifespark, we focus on whole person senior services that improve the quality of life and well-being. I believe as we change the aging experience, we can’t overlook the role that trusted relationships with health services plays in reaching seniors who desire a new approach to their health. There are many life challenges that get in the way of good health that have little to do with medical issues. These social determinants of health have a large impact on health and are often underestimated as to their significance affecting health. Building models that support health and meet the person where they are in their journey is imperative. It’s my passion and purpose to change that with the seniors we serve because when we do, seniors experience better personalized care, lower long-term costs, and the joy of living life with a spark.
