In my current role as Section Manager at Schindler, I have been responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. I have also been instrumental in developing and implementing new initiatives to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a relentless commitment to excellence and an unwavering passion for achieving outstanding results. My achievements include being selected for the prestigious "Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Programme" at ETH Zürich in 2014, and being honored with the Schindler Award for "outstanding commitment and performance" in 2021. More recently, I made history at Schindler by becoming the first "Global Functional Talent" from corporate research and development in 2022. As a strategic thinker, I embrace taking calculated risks and thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments. I'm a natural problem-solver who relishes tackling complex challenges head-on.
