Experience includes: • Significant global and multicultural experience in the Americas, Europe, Far East & Australasia, including business entry into new countries and the key issues arising particularly relating to organisational culture. • Considerable change management experience across industries including cost reduction, post acquisition integration and structural changes in the markets served. • Due diligence and decision making on investment proposals to acquire private, family, and public companies of varying sizes and in a number of countries. • Succession planning, interviewing and appointing CEOs and NEDs in both an executive and non-executive capacities. • Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)/ Sustainability including developing policies, monitoring of environment and health and safety performance across international groups and their supply chains and implementation of ethics programmes.
