Thank you for reading my introduction. ☕ 🍔 🍜 I finished my visiting role of the inaugural multi-unit restaurant management faculty for three semesters (Spring 2022 ~ Spring 2023) at UNLV Hospitality College, as part of the implementation plan of my doctoral dissertation at USC (2019-2021). 🍣 🍩 I want to thank you for the encouragement from so many friends, faculty members, teachers and students (their parents) guiding me through my first Hospitality academy journey. I still have the textbook, 🥡 🌮 "Multi-unit Restaurant Management" 🌭🍟 to publish with faculty at UNLV Hospitality College and CalPoly Pomona in the Fall 2023 semester. 🍚 I am currently seeking a teaching (hospitality, franchising, event management, real estate, corporate finance, international business), or industry role for my next career endeavor. Ideal teaching role could be at the Business College, Education College (on workforce development), Hospitality College, Economic Development Agency or Venture Acceleration Academy. I can relocate across the U.S. Or internationally. I had prior teaching and lecturer experience at UCLA, USC, Tsinghua University (Beijing, for 5 years), CalPoly Pomona, CalState Fullerton, University of South Florida, DECODE Venture Academy, Taiwan Academy of Banking & Finance, National Taiwan University, and ICSC University. 🍺 My experience includes acquisition & management of over $100 billion in assets and the ability to thrive in both large & start-up environments.
