Chad Case

My experience with the electrical field started in 2009 my senior year in high school. Chose to take the electrical trade seriously and did an electrical trade school, at AVTEC in Seward, Alaska, to further my experience in the electrical field. After finishing the 9 month course and 1700 hours of experience I decided to apply and be accepted into the IBEW apprenticeship program in 2013. Going thru the Apprenticeship in local 1547 Anchorage Alaska was a fantastic feat. Working with many differnt contactors and the various different attributes i learned along the way. Learning things like motor controls, hvac, substation work, underground electrical, overhead raceways, planning work, fire alarm the list goes on. I finished my apprenticeship in 2018 from local 1547. Took one last call running work for small shop called Ranco electric and did fire alarm and controls for that year. When work ran out My family and I decided to move to Gilbert AZ, where i currently live now. In 2018 took a call for Sturgeon Electric and worked through the ranks quickly. Was moved up from sub foreman to foreman in the first 6 months. Building an Iron Mountain data center. Where i lead the commisioning, start up and load banking for the entire facility. Worked very close with the Holder team and turned out a successful data center. After Iron Mountain moved over to run work over at the Microsoft Data center, and was apart of the fastest Microsoft Data center built. My duties started from running crews upwards to 25 men and women, planning and coordinating work was key! Built out the first section and passed on the rest of the buildout to others so i could build a team to start up, commision and load bank the building. I came up with the load banking plan that ended up being fast efficient and safe for all parties. Our team worked countless hours to make a demanding schedule and to make money for Sturgeon electric. After Microsoft was built I was moved over to build out a very complicated live Verizon Data center in Tempe AZ. Coordinated and scheduled all shutdowns for tie ins to a new electric room that was built out and added 3 new chillers and a 1 Megawatt generator without any hickups or power outages for the entire duration of project. To result in a very successful end product and profitable return for the company. I have worked very hard in a demanding field and have finally made the dive as the company owner of Case and Brothers Electric LLC.
