My role at Invenio is to work with customers in the public sector in building a roadmap for digital transformation and create opportunities for growing our share in the public sector. My overall experience covers achieving success in all key areas of consulting business i.e. Delivering large projects, consulting and winning long-term public-sector contracts, sales and customer service. I have been actively involved in successfully delivering complex SAP projects across the globe viz; in the UK, the US, mainland Europe, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India across different industries viz; consumer products, retail, media and the public sector. Since 2014, I am part of SAP Tax and Revenue Management practice in Invenio where I helped deliver SAP TRM at GAZT, KSA (Tax authority at KSA) in the role of program director and subsequently as a business head in winning the large public sector contracts which led to expanding our SAP TRM footprint in the Middle East. This knowledge enables me to empathise with the needs of customers in the public sector and work with our expert consulting team at Invenio to propose, design and build world-class solutions on the SAP platform which increase operational efficiencies, enhanced user experience and provide customer delight. At Invenio, I believe myself to be a problem solver and being part of the winning team of my customers and my organisation. Outside of work I like to go on long walks, watch cricket & football (Chelsea fan) and love reading books.
