- Set up the new branches for distribution of financial product at Borivali (Mumbai), Thane and Chennai. Developed a network of more than 700 associates (IFAs) and strong sales, back end and support team in all the 3 locations at SMC Global Securities Ltd.- At IFAN Finserv Private Ltd as a Zonal Head set up the retail B2B network in western region and opened up branches in Pune and Ahmadabad and as a Sales Head expanded the companies reach at national level. As a product head successfully launched the corporate fixed deposits and insurance products on pan India basis. In the corporate fixed deposit space IFAN was established amongst the top three national distributors within a short span of one year. - In 2002 the insurance broking as a business model was relatively new and challenging. As a part of the core team set up the retail life and general insurance business in Delhi. Started the insurance business in Mumbai and taken the same to a new level. Setup the franchisee model in Western Region as a part of the company’s business strategy to cross sells the different financial products.
