I help built a 100 mil USD state-of-the-art Green Field Beverage Manufacturing and Distribution Plant and expanded it 5 years progressively afterward to support the growth of business. In my role as Supply Chain Director, I have led transformation including shutdown of old plant and convert it into modern office space, set up cooler refurbishment center, add cross-docking facility, workforce restructuring, relocated provincial distribution centers, and managed the transition of refranchising. The operation has been ranked number 2 on Global Coca-Cola System Benchmark measure on “cost-to-serve”. Plant Good Manufacturing Practice standard have crossed 90% audit mark consistently, certified every relevant ISO standard and internal requirements with highly engaged workforce with engagement score crossed 89 point. I joined with Minister of Ministry of Education, and US Embassy to advocate STEM program for Cambodia which result in developing the Coca-Cola Plant Tour in the way to promote STEM. I took development role as Country HR Director and help the organization deliver agenda: People-First Culture, Talent Factory, Center of Excellence, and Bottler of the Future. I advocate strongly on female diversity and inclusivity as result Cambodia operating unit have been known for high share of female talent in total workforce with 32+% while 40+% female ratio at management and leadership level.
