I am an IT professional with more then ten years successful experience in network administration, network security, and web application development with large companies and international development programs. I hold a Masters Degree of Science in Information Technology (MSIT). My strengths include web application development, network administration, network security, server management, troubleshooting, interpersonal communication, negotiation and leadership. I am currently working as an ICT and Knowledge System Manager on the Australia Government funded Cambodia Agricultural Value Chain Program Phase II. The Program focuses on ensuring accelerated growth in the value of agricultural production and smallholder income in the rice based farming systems of targeted provinces. I am responsible for ensuring that the Information Communications Technology System are operating smoothly.
