Experience in the financial industry includes marketing, communications, project work, sales, credit analysis, underwriting, documentation, compliance, training, coaching to key behaviors, managing people & facilities, presenting, collaborating with individuals at all levels, and implementing change. My governmental experience includes leading multiple projects/programs simultaneously that vary in complexity and scale, such as large technology implementation, legislative, compliance, and business process mapping using lean and agile techniques. Furthermore, I create and efficiently execute project plans using PMI standards and guidelines to develop value added analytical solutions. All solutions are in accordance with reaching organizational strategic vision. I provide complete, accurate, and timely information and results to drive continuous improvement. Solving business problems utilizing fact-driven analysis is my specialty. I truly enjoy collaborating with and helping internal partners develop goals and gather information to solve issues that they are experiencing.
