I have worked in the retail industry for 11 years, ultimately gaining experience in nearly all aspects of the business at all levels, Sale, Customer service, Merchandising, Safe working practices, Right to work, Time management. I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do and to encourage that enthusiasm in my team and the people working around me. Currently I am responsible for leading a team of colleagues who are motivated to deliver a great and personalised service to our customers. Delivering and optimising the labour cost for my team to meet legal, customer and operational demands, this includes great planning, driving productivity, managing attendance and effective colleague resourcing.
