On paper, I manage a west coast territory of over 50+ NFL/NCAA accounts, growing business and providing world-class, highly-visible products to some of the best football players you see on Saturdays and Sundays. What I really do: I build trust with my accounts and athletes by meeting in the locker room and on the field - months away from the bright lights of gameday - to understand their needs and to deliver a product to help them perform and share their brand story at a high level, on time and on budget. I have enjoyed many customer-facing positions from working as an NCAA equipment manager to my current sales and marketing position. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully manage and grow a territory of accounts in yearly revenue -I put the customer at the center of everything I do -I am solution-orientated, focusing on big picture goals for the company and customer I am a team player, focused on doing whatever it takes for our brand to win. -I love to win personally, but I get more satisfaction when the team wins -I support all levels of our company, from our teammates in the factory to our leadership I am hungry to learn, and keep pushing myself to be a better human being. -I am not afraid to say "I don't know, and I will get back to you with an answer."
