Whilst Charlotte has experience across a broad range of commercial real estate work, from corporate support work (dealing with the property side of large scale mergers/acquisitions/IPOs) to real estate finance work, her real focus and expertise lies in landlord and tenant work, with a particular experience in the retail sector. Key clients include a prominent global retailer and a number of shopping centres around the UK. This is a fast moving field, and she is well accustomed to working on tight timescales to resolve problems and implement functional solutions. Charlotte also has particular experience advising on environmental issues associated with real estate transactions.
