Dedicated and proactive Human Resources professional with extensive experience leading HR projects including organisational development, employee engagement and HR systems management. Chartered MCIPD with a Distinction in MA Human Resource Management from the University of Greenwich, where I was also awarded the Business School Department Prize for Postgraduate Academic Performance. I have led on a number of strategic projects requiring innovative thinking and a consultative approach. These include implementing a new HR system; and undertaking a wide-reaching organisational development and culture change programme, underpinned by a new values-based competency framework. Alongside my project work I have also gained significant experience in the full remit of generalist HR responsibility including employee relations, redundancy, equality & diversity, recruitment, internal communications, policy review, payroll, pay & benefits, wellbeing, and TUPE. I am genuinely passionate about employee engagement, and over the past 12 months have been invited to speak at HR and wellbeing conferences to share best practice with senior HR professionals from other organisations, through case studies of my work. As employee wellbeing lead I champion employee engagement, including devising strategic plans with short-, medium- and long-term actions to address key issues emerging from staff surveys.
