Telling athletes' stories away from the cage, field, rink, mat or court is something that I am passionate about. Finding people, getting to know who they are in their sport and out of their sport, then bringing it together in a story brings me (and my readers) joy.Hi, my name is Charlotte McKinley and I'm a sports journalist currently looking for a position in sports writing. From my 9 years of experience in the martial arts community, I am at a strategic advantage to better understand these athletes and what they go through.
