As a dedicated customer service professional with nearly 30 years of experience, it is my mission is to provide exceptional support that exceeds expectations and drives satisfaction. With years of experience building relationships and working in fast-paced environments, I am skilled at managing high-volume requests and resolving complex issues with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. My approach to customer service is based on empathy, listening, and a commitment to building positive relationships. By actively listening to customer needs, I am able to identify and address pain points, and provide solutions that drive loyalty and repeat business. Whether working with individual customers or large organizations, I take pride in delivering exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impact. The project I am most proud of is the interactive Google map notification that I created for my current employer. This Google map allows the public in my area to check swimming beach notifications on a PC, tablet, or smartphone quickly and effectively to obtain the swimming status of a specific beach. Because of this map, calls regarding the status of swimming beaches has dropped by 95% since the map's inception in 2018. My experience spans several industries that include retail, health insurance, and government. I am excited to connect with like-minded professionals from these industries and explore opportunities to bring my skills and experience to new challenges in the customer service within these industries.
