Certified in EPIC Radiant, Cupid, Radar with Cupid SR in progress. I have been working in EPIC since 2008 building, implementing, testing, upgrades, interfaces and security for both appointment and case based Imaging and Cardiology. I am currently involvled in updates for hyperdrive. Along with hospital departments, I do full support for the invasive labs, urgent care and MD offices for medical imaging. I have extensive experience in Epic security for Imaging end users doing ground-up build and support and have continued working with security for imaging users as well as mentoring and training client analysts. I have done reporting for the GE and EPIC Imaging systems using Crystal, Reporting Workbench, Slicer Dicer and Dashboard development. I have built, maintained and done trouble shooting related to billing with extensive experience on the billing extract, charge router/handler and destination routing as well as professional billing routed based on the Radiant/Cupid workflows. I have also been involved in the resolution of interface errors both from the clinical side and as an analyst. Having 20+ years in IT, I have done system evaluation, build, support, test script development, testing, upgrade and workflow analysis supporting Radiology and Cardiology departments including invasive labs. Prior to IT, I worked as Radiologic Technologist for 8+ years. Along with the clinical experience I was a trainer for the GE system and worked the ConnectR HL7 interface errors. My experience as a tech has proven to be invaluable for understanding the workflows and needs of users from the front desk and file room to the physicians.
