After my early career in community tree planting and my long tenure as vice president of the Urban Ecosystem Center at American Forests, I earned my MBA in sustainability with a concentration in sustainable food and agriculture. I returned to local grassroots work to channel my passion into food waste prevention and food recovery consulting.
