Document preparation like MFR, PDR and other F&D related Technology transfer documents. Complete handling of project from API selection to exhibit batch. Technical support to F&D team in designing and developing the manufacturing process. 2. Selection of the equipment and instruments used during processing. 3. Review of technology transfer documents (TTD) and transfers these documents along with process to manufacturing sites and other departments. 4. Involvement in exhibit and pre-exhibit batch at plant site. 5. Scale up and Process validation of products like Ampoules, Vials, Lyophilized products, Prefilled syringe, Ointments etc. 6. Preparation and compilation of Documents like Master production and control record (MPCR), Process validation protocol (PVP), Process validation report (PVR). 7. Transfer of product to plant site with documents. 8. Optimization of process anticipating Plant requirement. 9. Valuation of total Raw material, packing material and process cost.
