Hard working and driven with a real passion for people and business. 6 and a half years manufacturing production experience between: - Fermentation Manufacturing - Batch Manufacturing - Continuous Process Manufacturing - Final Product Manufacturing I also have a fruitful experience within Training on a one-to-one basis with new starts and creating and developing training plans for multiple roles throughout my career. Through different opportunities I have had multiple exposures to working within a team, and leading a team. One of these was as the Chair of the NxtGen Programme I coordinated and led a global team of fellow apprentices during my apprenticeship at GSK to create improvements within the wider business and apprenticeships. I have also been involved with multiple continuous improvement projects throughout my career. I am always up for being involved in new challenges and opportunities within my career to further develop my skills. I am passionate about training, working with people and working safely within problem solving to meet project deadlines and requirements efficiently. I started my journey within Manufacturing becoming a fully qualified Operator via the Manufacturing Apprenticeship with GlaxoSmithKline at Irvine, and then I moved on to a Field Operator role within the Vitamin B department here at DSM Nutrition in Dalry. I work on a shift work basis of 4 on 4 off. Also a part of the on-site Emergency Response Volunteer Team with Fire and Confined Space Rescue training, and I am also a qualified First Aider.
