I am an experienced Drilling Fluids Professional with progressive responsibilities in project planning, execution, management and support. I am a fast learner and quick thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a drive to move projects forward safely and efficiently. I have more than 26 years of E&P oilfield experience, with the last 20 years focusing on Drilling Fluids. During this time I have had exposure to all aspects of the operations of drilling rigs and drilling services. I have extensive experience with data modeling software and analyzing real time data to identify trends and spot potential problems before they arise. I enjoy the challenges of ensuring the flawless execution of day to day operations. Some of my best professional assets include a strong background in problem solving, risk analysis, process improvement and team development. I have a functional working knowledge of the Management Of Change process. On a regular basis, I have successfully demonstrated my ability to work closely with employees of diverse backgrounds, senior management and customer representatives on challenging issues to provide timely and cost effective resolutions.
