I have been in the community banking industry for 35 years -my first 13 years was with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the next 22 years as a community bank commercial lender. My first 8 years in community banking was with Union Bank & Trust (which was acquired by Keybank) and the next 16 years with Citywide Banks - both exceptional community banks. During this time I had the privilege to help small to medium Colorado Business of all types. Besides normal lines of credit and term loans - I helped customers with construction financing of spec SFRs/Row Homes; financing/banking Hotels/Operators and banking the construction segment which included Gas, subcontractors and their related suppliers.I recently has the opportunity to rejoin the OCC in Oct 2020 which I am extremely excited about and privileged to work with such a great organization again. I believe with my private banking experience I can help the OCC continue to be the premier banking regulator and strength the business relationship with banks as we all have the same goal - continued success of the country's financial industry.
