Building and running a good company was my dream. Being involved with establishing a successful family-run restaurant in downtown Toronto at a young age, I felt motivated to start my own business. After completing a Electrical Eng. Degree, I spent a decade in technical and sales roles in ICT. In 1993, I founded ITAPPS with a very simple intention: to create a place that fosters a relationship with clients that develops and contributes to their success. Within the first five years, ITApps had become a regional company in 4 countries helping over 300 small to very large branded customers to help implement their customer strategies in contact centers and CRM. I was recognized as the early pioneer and leader in his industry. Since then, ITApps has been built upon these four valued principles: being humble, flexible, adaptable and purposeful. Under these ideals, our team members will prosper through their experiences in helping each other, customers, and partners to become purposely successful.
