Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced, professional work environment. My career strengths are primarily focused on developing integrated marketing strategies; specifically effective internet sales consultant training, website and internet lead management, targeted digital marketing campaigns & strategies which further facilitate positive online and in-store customer buying experiences. As the co-owner of Adapt Kitchen and Juice Bar, my focus over the last several years has been developing a successful QSR business model that specifically caters to our guest's individual health and global sustainability goals. As a former Internet Manager for a Toyota dealership, some of my primary responsibilities were to assist employees in finding new ways to better understand and communicate with customers in the digital marketplace. By showcasing tools available to employees such as social media platforms, CRM, and email marketing campaigns, it helped leverage and improve customer experiences. In each profession, serving employees and clients of all ages was required and expected. During my amateur surfing career, ultimately, I competed and placed 35th in the world at the I.S.A. World Surfing Championships as a United States Surfing Federation U.S. Men's Surf Team Member. Shortly afterwards, I decided to pursue a professional surfing career traveling and competing around the world before deciding to go to back to school to acquire my college degree from an accredited business school. Having graduated from University of North Carolina at Wilmington in May 2009, my focus was acquiring a Bachelor of Science Business Administration (B.S.B.A) degree concentrated in Marketing. After graduating college, the exploration of creating a successful start up business, Wrightsville SUP, LLC, was in my sights. I was the sole owner and operator. I later sold the business and decided to go to work at Rice Toyota Scion to help facilitate progressive digital marketing strategies in the automotive business. I had the opportunity to join the NADA Dealer Academy (DCA170 Class) in 2011 where I graduated the course that focused on Variable and Fixed Operations Management at a franchised dealership level.
