CAREER SUMMARY: I have gained experiences as a professional in the fields of IT project management/support, hardware installation and configuration, technical field support, and customer service. As an IT project manager for more than three years, I have facilitated the opening of several new bank branches and supported numerous ATM/CAM deployments, to various sites nationwide. Furthermore, I have installed, configured, activated numerous ATM/CAM for five years in various sites nationwide, and delivered excellent customer service to clients by providing technical support for hardware corrective and preventive maintenance. In addition to customer service, I also worked (working student) as a delivery rider in a fast food chain for five years. I am planning to take ITIL and CCNA certification to further enhanced my technical skills. I am also accustomed to work in a fast paced and team coordinated environment.
