Motivated Professional with 14 years of working experience, including 4 promotions in 8 years at the 10th largest retailer in the US. Served as an integral part of the management team, participating in policy development, annual planning, and associate coaching and development. Looking for a position in my field of study that will provide the opportunity to hone my skills and experiences further to contribute toward company growth. Most recently, I have been working as a Merchandising Manager at Stein Mart from October 2014 till present and completed my bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology at NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology).
